I respectfully recommend to Mr. Mueller to interview, depose, subpoena, or to interrogate Sergei Skripal – Salisbury Poisoning – LATEST – 9:50 AM 10/13/2018 | FBI News Review
Open Letter
To DOJ, for Mr. Mueller
I respectfully recommend to Mr. Mueller to interview, depose, subpoena, or to interrogate Sergei Skripal as the part of his investigation. It looks like he might be one of the main masterminds and the culprits of the Operation Trump.
I also respectfully advise that Mr. Skripal may be overtly or covertly mentally ill.
It appears that his motivations were to reunite Ukraine and Russia and to restore the USSR via the re-installation of the Yanukovich regime. His web of connections has to be explored. It appears also that he might be the main author or one of the authors of “Steele dossier”. It also looks like he signals that he might have more materials of this kind in his posession, which he intends to use to establish the “TLClassics” in the right places.
It is also quite possible that he was the main organizer and inspiration behind the capture of Crimea and the War in Donbass, which he apparently intended to offer to Russia in exchange for assistance in re-installing Yanukivich. For Russians the Donbass was not worth the global outcry and the economic blockade, so they did not make a deal. Yanukovich probably, did not want to sacrifice Donbass for his return eihther, so this plan came to naught.
“The amazing “coincidence: On March 2, 2018, Friday: Yanukovych Calls For Direct Talks Between Kyiv, Separatists.
The same day March 2, 2018, the “Russian team”: “Boshirov, Petrov, Fedotov” arrive from Moscow just for 2-3 days. On March 3, Skripal’s daughter arrived. It is possible that the team brought the message directly from Yanukovych and/or others confirming that the separatist war in Donbass is over. Hypothetically, Skripal got hysterical and staged his own and his daughters’s poisoning, sending the message back: “YOU POISONED ME!” Sincerely, Michael Novakhov

Vladimir Putin ‘ordered novichok assassin to murder British spy behind Trump sex dossier’
Vladimir Putin ordered novichok assassin Alexander Mishkin to murder the British spy who wrote the sensational Trump sex dossier, claims a former top Russian spy.
Mishkin, 39, used the alias Alexander Petrov for the failed hit on the double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury in March. Accomplice Ruslan Boshirov was unmasked as GRU colonel Anatolly Chepiga and Mishkin’s true identity as a doctor in Russia’s GRU military intelligence emerged last week. He now faces allegations of plotting to use the same nerve agent on former MI6 officer Christopher Steele during a visit to Britain 12 months earlier. KGB defector Boris Karphichkov, 59, claims Mishkin was part of a GRU special ops group that slipped into the country in late February 2017. According to information a GRU source gave him on a recent trip to Europe, they were here to kill Steele, 54, on the direct orders of Putin. Karpichkov said: “I was told Steele was to be liquidated using the same stuff as the Skripals. The assassins initially conducted surveillance both on Steele’s house in Farnham, Surrey, and at his London office. “The operation was aborted when they realised the house was guarded with a lot of CCTV. As they also quickly established he was not appearing at his office, they concluded it was too risky to carry out the operation.” The bid came after Steele was outed as the author of a 35-page dossier alleging Donald Trump romped with prostitutes during a 2013 trip to Moscow. The file also claimed Trump had co-operated with Russia for years and warned compromising material on him could lead to blackmail. The US President has denied the claims in the “phony and corrupt dossier” and called Steele a “lowlife”. And President Putin wanted Steele dead for souring his relations with Trump and jeopardising dodgy business deals with people close to him. Karpichkov said his source did not give him Mishkin’s real identity. But the former major in the KGB and its FSB successor added: “He continually referred to him as ‘esculap’ – which is Russian for ‘clinician’. He said he was involved in some nerve agent research involving macaque monkeys.” This took place at the GRU’s secret labs in Kirov, known officially as the 48th Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Defence. Steele and Karpichkov were both targets on an eight-name Russian hit list revealed by the Sunday People earlier this year – which also included Skripal, 66. Karpichkov’s source said the Skripal strike was originally to be carried out by the FSB but the GRU stepped in after winning a power struggle. He added: “The FSB have more field knowledge and expertise to carry out such sensitive missions. But the GRU convinced Putin its operatives should carry out the extermination of one of their own traitors. “That shows Putin was definitely aware of the operation.” The FSB transferred its hit squad to a second Russian exile living in Britain, former Aeroflot deputy director Nikolai Glushkov, 68. He was found strangled in his home in New Malden, Surrey, a week after the Salisbury attack. Glushkov had accused the Kremlin of murdering his friend, the Putin critic Boris Berezovsky. He claimed political asylum here after Russia accused him and Berezovsky, who died in 2013, of a criminal conspiracy involving Aeroflot. But Karpichkov says Glushkov was really probing how Russian intelligence use Aeroflot as cover for overseas operations. The GRU has been led by Colonel-General Igor Korobov, 62, since February 2016. But after its failure to kill Skripal in Salisbury and bungled operations elsewhere, he faces the sack. Putin is so furious with the GRU bungling he has ordered all future operations to be supervised by the FSB. Karpichkov said: “The most likely replacement (for Korobov) is Lieutenant-General Sergei Gizunov. He’s Putin’s most trusted man in Russian military intelligence.” Gizunov was banned from the US by Trump’s predecessor, Barack Obama, as punishment for suspected cyber attacks in the 2016 election. Steele’s company, Orbis Business Intelligence, was paid £125,000 to outline Russian financial and personal links to Trump’s election campaign. The dossier stressed the allegations in it were “unverified”. According to court papers Steele filed in the US, the dossier was handed over “on a confidential basis in hard copy form” to British intelligence services because it “had implications for the national security of the US and the UK”. Last week Steele broke his silence with a swipe at Trump. He told Vanity Fair magazine: “In these strange times, it is hard to speak unpalatable truths to power but we all have a duty to do so.” |

Crowbars, Cadaver Dogs Used in Search for Michael’s Victims
Search-and-rescue volunteers have located hundreds of people who were reported missing in the U.S. Southeast after Hurricane Michael tore through their Florida Panhandle communities, but the death toll of at least 18 was expected to rise. Crews heard cries for help and used crowbars to pry into a mobile home crumpled by the storm in Panama City, freeing a mother and daughter, both diabetics who had been trapped in a closet without insulin for two days and were on the verge of diabetic shock, rescuers said Saturday. “We had another lady who was on her last tank of oxygen. No cellphone, no power, no nothing. There are people out here on dialysis, but there is no power,” said Taylor Fontenot, 29, a roofing contractor from Sugar Land, Texas, and founder of 50 Star SAR, a volunteer search-and-rescue organization. 520 people located In door-to-door searches, teams consisting mostly of off-duty police officers and firefighters have found more than 520 of the 2,100 people reported missing since Michael crashed ashore near Mexico Beach, Fla., on Wednesday as one of the most powerful storms in U.S. history. “We expect that number to go up dramatically today,” said Matthew Marchetti, co-founder of the Houston-based CrowdSource Rescue, adding that hopes were raised by an influx of volunteers on the weekend and the restoration of power in some areas. “Volunteers are working side by side with first responders. They are cutting holes in roofs. They try to take a picture so we can call the family and tell them we made contact,” he said. But as roads were cleared to allow wider searches, the death toll was expected to mount. As of Saturday, authorities were reporting at least 18 deaths in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. Rescue teams, hampered by power and telephone outages, used cadaver dogs, drones and heavy equipment to hunt for people in the rubble. Fontenot, who said he alerts authorities when he finds corpses, has a cadaver dog with his group. “When we pulled into Mexico Beach, she was trying to jump out the window because she smelled so many bodies,” he said. ‘I’m homeless’ In Callaway, Fla., an especially hard-hit town, Catholic Christians barbecued hamburgers on Saturday and Scientologists handed out water. “I’m homeless,” said nursing assistant Carla Covington, 45, who is caring for her mother and two children after their house was destroyed by falling trees. Her voice breaking with emotion, she said it felt good to receive comfort, but “I’m used to helping people and not asking for help.” Panama City port worker Josh Jackson, 29, had three cars damaged. The rented home he lived in with his girlfriend and son was wrecked, as were their possessions. “I lost everything, so I got to start over,” he said near a tent in a parking lot where an insurance agent was taking claims. Jackson said he planned to move to a community that was not so badly hit, but was concerned that delays in processing his insurance claim might hold him up. Michael ripped most of two walls out from the red-brick St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Panama City, but parishioners spent Saturday handing out food, water and clothes to others. ‘We will’ recover “Our whole city was hit. There has got to be a way it can recover,” said Jo Ann Sutter, 73, a volunteer who was married in the church. “We will.” The tropical storm, which grew in less than two days into a Category 4 hurricane, tore apart entire neighborhoods. More than 1,700 search-and-rescue workers were deployed, including seven swift-water rescue teams and nearly 300 ambulances, Florida Gov. Rick Scott’s office said. Power and phone service were being slowly restored, with about 236,000 homes and businesses still without power in North Carolina, down from a peak of more than 600,000, said spokesman Keith Acree of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. It could be weeks before power is restored to the most damaged parts of Florida. ![]() |
