Kherson: Russian troops leave region west of the Dnipro River, Russian Defense Ministry says

Russian forces have completed their withdrawal from Ukraine’s Kherson location west of the Dnipro River, like the town of Kherson, Russia’s Protection Ministry stated Friday.
