UK Hails Russian ‘Strategic Failure’ in Ukraine – Kyiv Post

Moscow’s “strategic failure” in the city of Kherson will sow question amid the Russian community about the point of the war in Ukraine, British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace claimed Saturday.
